Dr. Tomenko, the founder of Advanced Sleep Treatment, started her business because of her interest in preventative dentistry and overall health. Over time, this interest developed into a passion that looked beyond just caring for peoples’ teeth and into an area where Dr. Tomenko could make a profound difference in the lives of the people.
What is Sleep Apnea?
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) occurs when the airway gets completely blocked by the tongue. This usually happens during the night, depriving the body of oxygen and disrupting sleep, often without the person even being aware of it. Sleep apnea can have a detrimental effect on the body and can even lead to death.

Founder/CEO
A native of Russia, Dr. Tomenko came to the U.S. under a music scholarship to attend Columbia Union College, where she travelled and performed extensively with the New England Youth Ensemble and Columbia Collegiate Chorale. Ultimately she graduated with a degree in cello and voice and was accepted to study dentistry at Loma Linda University....
